How the hell do I kill the Capra demon, everytime i go through the white light he rushes me and kills me, I've tried jumping out of the way, blocking with my shield, and trying to stumble him by just charging in, doesn't work.

also the best strategy is to rush straight past them up the stairs and the dogs the will follow. Kill the dogs and the fight is much simpler.
Go up the stairs and lure the demon, jump off and wait for the demon to jump off and attack him when he's recovering.

Also tell me your soul level if you're on xbox.

For armor I have Catarina helm, silver knight armor, and havels gauntlets and leggings.

well first off what lvl range is your guy at, my dargon cov guy is at like 40ish, where as my peeps with all black knight gear are like in NG+
