I've only listened to about 5 far, there's Bombs for Throwing at You, which is the Wheatley fight, Your Precious Moon for when you shoot the portal to the moon, along with a slight extended mix of Cara Mia Addio. There's also several menu themes, Want You Gone, and Robots FTW.

Storyline wise, it seems to span from you and GLaDoS returning to Aperture to the end of the single-player story.
