If you save and reload your file sometimes different neighbors will be in their homes. So if one was out walking around and you need to scare them to get a lollipop, just keep reloading your file until they're in their home.

I've managed to get seven of the creepy set through this. (Now if Lopez will get his booty home already I can get an eighth)

Edit: Time traveling seems to work too. I went an hour back and Alice gave me a lollipop even though she had given me one before.

Dang it, I only got a cauldron from Jack! I couldn't find him anywhere later.. I think it's cause I accidentally said I had no candy to give him, and he went away. ;-; I got most of the spooky series though, I think?

Got to play New Leaf on a friend's 3DS and made my own villager. I found a lost item that turned out to be Pierce's and he gave me a FREAKING BUCKET IN RETURN. What the heck, Pierce, we're supposed to be bros! Meh, I guess Kitty will have to be my ladybro instead.

I'm still playing this game and I still think it's really fun. Though no way in hell am I ever gonna try the turnip game again. I either forget to sell them, or forget to check. I don't like searching for Turnip spike places.

Got New Leaf a few months ago. My first Animal Crossing game. I wish I got it sooner because winter kinda sucks in this game.
It's pretty fun so far. Although it is annoying that everything happens "tomorrow" in this game.
