Summon Night Swordcraft Story 1 and 2.
and I would say 3 but there is no official English translation ever since Flight Plan died.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban for the GBA was excellent too, if a little glitchy. It was basically an RPG, which works very well for such a setting. It also had a good soundtrack despite not having the movie's music.

Hamtaro: Ham-hams unite and Ham-Ham Heartbreak (for the GBC and GBA, respectively) were really good adventure games if you looked past the kiddy exterior.

Elite. Beat. Agents.
One of the best rhythm of all time, and I wish they made a sequel.
(they did for the Japanese version)
I always felt that even though it got high rated reviews, it didn't really sell all that well :(

If you're interested in importing anything, Elite Beat Agents is basically a westernized version of a game called Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan

There's two Ouendan games, both of them released only in japan.

It's way too frustrating unless you have a tablet.

Just get Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan and Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 (no clue why Japanese game names are so long), same thing, you don't need to read anything if you've played EBA.

Yeah, it's like Nintendo was stealing CAPCOM's flavour or something with Oendan 2.

Robot Arena 2. One of the first games to use Havok physics, It enabled customization for players to the point of near absurdity.

I'm not sure if The Suffering received a lot of attention, but it was a great game anyway.

Legend of Legaia

Oh mannn I loved Legend of Legaia. Such an interesting battle system, I remember getting frustrated with this certain boss, oho.

Funny you guys should mention EBA and Ouendan, I started playing them again recently. Like, a week ago. Trying to get S on Ouendan 2 in Hidden Mode, with the Kai/Kaoru level. I want an Ouendan 3 or EBA 2--please iNiS please. As for my favorite songs from them, they would be "Samurai Blue" and "Makes No Difference". There's a person on YouTube that uploads like, all 4 difficulties side-by-side. It's awesome each difficulty has different movements, would anyone agree?

Oh right, some others I've known. Might just be my obsession with classical scores, but I really liked Maestro! Jump in Music. A nice selection of songs, and the little proverbs before them. Could never get the "Fame" level right, those daisies sombrero'd-roosters.
And Enix's old Bust-A-Move was really fun. May be nostalgia factor, but I liked playing against friends back in the day, or my sister. And my sister's friends. You get the idea.

If it's not obvious I like rhythm games.

EBA rules, no question. *Slow ... poke.*

Anyone played VVVVVV? Fantastic nostalgia force, and I think it's only $5 on Steam. Check out the demo!
