It's not too late to just get a pokedoll and skip marowak. Yes, the odds of throwing it away early are high, but they're better odds than going through rocket base again.

Honestly while the Anarchy/Democracy thing is kinda stupid I don't think it ruins the stream. Same with any of the opinion-debates. It's the nature of people to disagree and form sides, that's all part of the experiment if you ask me. Also the way people get so riled up about silly stuff like which direction to go is highly amusing to me. The only way I'd actually understand getting miffed at it is if you were just as emotionally invested in the stream as they are. As it stands I'm just an observer that occasionally throws in a few button presses and/or praises to Helix Fossil.

And also while Democracy doesn't stay true to the original nature of the stream, since it just devolves into anarchy one way or another (#start9forlyfe) I don't think it detracts from the chaos of things. I've also never actually seen the stream in Democracy mode myself, so I imagine if it ever gets used it'll only be as a last resort, such as being stuck in a maze for days. It's still better than the spinoff streams that straight-up ban people from chat that aren't doing what they want.

People who take this super-seriously and think the current system sucks out the fun of the stream when it's not even that bad to begin with deserved to be laughed at tbh. It's Pokemon.
