I've wanted to try Xin Zhao and Pantheon support, but I'm also too cowardly to actually do so.

they are not really good at supporting, but they make excellent kill lanes. If your duoing with your adc then its ok

man I've tried to like Bard but he's way too passive and can't really do anything in a teamfight beyond stalling it for two seconds. I would rather just play Sona or Morg and be aggressive than roam and ward and play the chime minigame

Corki is confusing to me. What should be built on him? Pure AD? CDR? AP? Also his E shreds armor but it's the only skill of his that deals physical damage, and it seems kinda hard to actually use it much on a champ who isn't distracted or held down.

Corki's actually really good because the enemy can't really build too many resists against him. Armor? Nah you shred that and also do magic/true damage. Magic resist? Naw man, you still got auto attacks. Plus he's got a great midgame power spike once he can start poking with his ult.

I'd recommend going lots of AD on him. Most people get a Triforce first, then I like to go crits with IE and PD after. You can also opt for a Bloodthirster or even an Essence Reaver. For boots either Lucidity or Berserker's can work.

I'm not a fan of AP Corki, his passive scales on AD and it'll take you farther than AP will. AP Corki only works in ARAMs and even then I prefer AD, lol.

Don't forget the items maw of malmortius and mercurial scimitar if you're AD but need some protection against magic damage. The latter especially if CC is bringing you down. Those two items, especially scimitar, I infrequently see for some reason.
Also I might be mistaken but thornmail reflects the bonus damage from Nasus Q and Vayne W so... yeah, thornmail against them is often good.

Maw and scimitar are rare for a couple of reasons. One, AD mids are really popular, so AP heavy teams are really rare. And they are both gimmicky items that give you only a ton of AD and MR, so you would only see them on really AD heavy champs against a team with a strong magic damage presence. Also it doesn't help how they're both really expensive.

Thornmail is broken in this AD heavy meta and you should find plenty of opportunities to buy it.

Trying to work out some legitimate way to play Bard as a 'jungle support'. Pretty much a duo jungle.
So far best match is Mundo, but there is a slight problem with splitting gold income.
Will let you guys know what we find out.

Jesus christ either Yasuo does amazing shit for me or feels like a gimmick hero, I fuckin love the fact he requires no AP and can spam the shit out of his abilities(E+Q combo is genius shit), really hope to get better at this guy.

So I've tried out AD Kayle again and she seems really awesome but

Pretty sure its a feeling everyone suffers when buying expensive champs, I was crazy hesitant to buy Yasuo.
