If you've been listening to the podcasts, remember that they've said over and over how incredibly long this game is.

The last time they LP-ed a long game (Chrono Trigger), the viewership was so low that it was barely worth their effort.

The might do a oneshot showcasing episode or something, but a full LP is probably never gonna' happen.

But people didn't tune out of Chrono Trigger because it was long, they tuned out because it was an SNES rpg an those don't translate to video well. Wonderful 101 is about 15 hours of high-stakes high-octane Tactical Beyond the Possible Action, and it manages to remain its genre by the slimiest of margins.

True, but length is probably still a factor. They're about to jump back into their Machinima seasons for the next-gen games and system releases, and those episodes take the most time. They might not have time to LP a long game like that until after the season, and by then... it'll have been out quite a while. I don't know.

It's certainly not impossible, just unlikely.
