...at the risk of sounding like an idiot, is there any way of transforming Rotom into the lawnmower/fridge/etc. forms without connecting to the Nintendo wifi thing?

I haven't played Platinum for a while so I thought I'd ask.

I also can't connect to the Nintendo wifi thing.


I suppose I could use the Pro Action Replay but I thought there might be an easier way than spending a couple of hours writing code.

The only way to get the key legitimately is via local Wireless Connection with someone who has the Japanese Mystery Gift card (that MG card alone, of that region, allows the Mystery Gift to be shared; not any others, AFAIK); or presuming you don't live in Japan, from specific locations in Korea.

If you don't live in either region, then you can't get it. At all. Because the WiFi event was ages ago! Next time, get a leg on if you want the event stuff!


Well actually, it ended 4 days ago in Europe, but IIRC you live in America, which ended on May 12th.

Somebody help me think of an image I can draw to express my hatred of Nintendo's event-only Pokemon policy.
