I've gathered up all the things I wanna take with me into the new server now. :> I had no items on me when I joined though, so kinda bummed I lost the cool bow I fished up last time I was on. And also my depth strider III boots. Being able to run through water was so entertaining.



And also the diamond pick I'd practically just made and enchanted. :[

Had a good laugh going through my base and seeing all the signs CN had left everywhere though. I wonder if he ever noticed I dug a pit under the pool in front of his giant tower and filled it with pressure plates for chickens to walk all over.

I noticed this because it was full of zombies making the most horrific din ever.

I look forward to filling your base with random shit in the near future.


Also, premade worlds? So not randomly generated, or just pregenned in a very small area?

Is there a link to this world so we can take a look before you get it?

This does potentially mean there will be abrupt and obvious edges between pregenned and new stuff? Unless it's set on a goddamn island, which is apparently Noff's favorite place to cram a server full of people. :U

It's not an island, but it is a castle with a moat around it.

It is a random infinite world, just with a castle already prebuilt, don't worry.

Edit: If I wanted an Island, I would have picked the Pirate Island Map If you want to see the world I have selected, PM me and I will throw it on the server for you to look at.

Dear Server God and King Noff:

Maybe instead of putting the old world up, just generate a fresh new one and let us go from there? If there isn't a village nearby, we can just make our own and pop a few villagers into existence (by "existence" I mean "pop a few villagers into Nara's torture pits")! Castle isn't working out. :/

Yeah the Castle map is all messed up. I'll make a fresh world tomorrow, park your character somewhere safe and wait until im online before you log on lol.

how is this best done?

I'm on top of the "free stuff for newbies" tower by the park. 153, 77, -209

It's above the normal ground level, which is 64 or something. This allows for the land to rise and fall by at least 10 blocks before I need to start sweating about maybe suffocating when I sign into the new world. It's also not too high that if I spawn into a plains biome I will fall to my death. I'll take damage, but I signed out with full health and diamond gear, so I'll take non-lethal damage (you would take non-lethal damage without diamond gear).

When he transfers player files, he transfers your inventory, your statistics (I believe), your health and hunger, and you XYZ position. That first one is the point of the transfer, and the last one is the reason you have to definitely NOT be underground when you sign out.

I've made the new world and transfered character files, I will be online most of the day.

If you guys logged out where I think you logged out, I put myself there too, and it should be safe (narrowly avoided suffocating in a desert cave)
