Have we heard anything of a Hardcore mode yet? Because I remember it being impossible to kill followers in Regular mode in New Vegas, but they could die in Hardcore. So, potentially something like that could happen.

I like not-dead dogs as much as the next guy but I don't think its necessary to make followers truly immortal. I'd be okay with a system like Skyrim's where they go into bleedout mode and can then be killed by stray explosions and the like.

Edit: and of course something something there's a mod for that.

see, they didn't clarify if companions in general can't die, or if dogmeat specifically can't die

because if it's the latter, he might be plot important. and if he is plot important they'll probably kill him in the story.

According to the official fallout FB page, the game will run at 1080p and 30FPS on PS4 and XBone. No limit on pc.

Atleast they dont kick you out of the casinos for killing npc,i hate being kicked out because i.won to much blackjack games.

Playing New Vegas on PC for the first time thanks to Exeres and shits so cash. I spend more time trying to get the dang game too run but when it runs it's fantastic.

I'm playing New Vegas and I had my first run-in with Caesar's Legion. Dudes were slaughtering a whole village and the guy in charge told me "yeah what you gonna do about it, attack us? lol" so I was like "ok" and killed all of them. Not sure I get it.

Yeah, Caesars legion is like that, the town they slaughtered was a whore town basically, ran a lottery, one guy got out free, another had his legs broken, rest died.

yea the whole point was that no one stood up to them. they were out numbered out gunned but they were too chicken shit to step up to the plate
