Bethesda basically put in the weapon crafting system Borderlands was supposed to have, instead of having 5 billion different variations. Fallout Shelter (the phone/tablet game) is already out on iOS and will be out for Android devices soon. No news of a PC release. Maybe if we make enough of a stink about it.
Some things people might have missed....
There will be more than simple house building, you'll be able to build entire settlements.
You will at one point have your own Vertibird.
Every piece of crap lying around has actual usage this time. So pick up every toy car, lamp, and rocking horse you see this time going.
Yes, there is fucking iron sights (you would not believe how many idiots kept asking this in the stream I was watching.)
Multi-Layered Armor System.
Hundreds of different weapon components you can make for each type of gun, which ties into the scavenging I pointed out above. Yes, you can turn a toy car into a rocket launcher.
Fully Customizable Power Armor. (Yes folks, I've already talked to some people, and yes, they have already started on creating Iron Man Armor proletariats. Just don't expect them day one...Give em a week or two

.)
I have more, but I'm just going to tell ya that Gopher can give you a better run down than I can. Check out his youtube page in the next day or so (he JUST went to bed like 15 mins ago, poor bastard.)
And Liraxus, the teddy bear launcher isn't new, it's called the Rock-It Launcher in Fallout 3. I loved loading that thing with baseballs and hitting home runs on Raiders with it. Nothing more satisfying than gibbing a ghoul with a crotch shot.
