Trying to follow that guide but with my pit lord being unable to stay in one place, everything is more difficult. :/
Imps kill me because my pit lord can't stay in one place and always has to face me, turning his back to the imps.
Short range on teleport and long recharge on Demonic Gateway doesn't help against the Chaos Bolt either

Macro the Pit Lord's fire ability into Incinerate. When imps are about to spawn stand in front of the gate and target then activate Fire and Brimstone and incinerate them all. You shouldn't need him for them though.

Don't know why but felhunters still keep eating the enslavement despite me having all the threat. I don't use the pit lord's heal so there should be no reason for them to turn around and eat it.

All the guides say that doesn't happen yet here it does.

keep in mind, if the fel hunters face the pitlord at any time they will devour the enslave. so you really have to make sure not to move and immediately agro them/burst them down quick

Right before the Felhounds come out you need to send your Pit Lord far behind the gate and put him on Passive then Rain of Fire the portal so that as soon as the Felhounds spawn they've got aggro on you. Then you just do not move, at all, and burn them down as fast as possible.

Yeah, I'm gearing up right now so I can burn them down faster, I take too long on killing them as it is.

I'm unfortunately very unlucky with drops this week and exhausted most raids with any upgrades.

remember, the guy in the vid wants you to use the pitlord to stun them so they will take increased damage from your havac chaos bolt.

Finally did it! Died at 3% or so but my Pit Lord was a buddy and finished him off.

I am so ecstatic now from having finally finished this.

I could probably get a spectral for like 450k :u its actually why it took me so long to hit cap, someone borrowed gold from me to buy a spectral tiger to sell at a higher price, but he ended up buying it back from the guy for a lower price than what he bought (buyers remorce) he gave me other TCG mounts to hold onto (since I can't just give someone half a million gold we would probably be banned) I finally sold the mounts he gave me to hit gold cap.

lesson learned, never trust anyone.
