I never realized how hard it is to design a house in Minecraft. Maybe I'll just keep procrastinating it by gathering resources for it..

Add doors too. Also CN described my current house on the Lan world with my brother I made.

Making a wrestling ring in minecraft is a lot harder than I was hoping for.

I actually forgot your username and you logged after the transfer, adding now.

You might need to whitelist me again, I only today migrated to a mojang account; username's still "Dedivax"

If you set up base in the village or on the edge of the village, I can totally connect up the "sewer" to your basement.

It's got a farm, a fishing area, and a Nether portal.

Fair warning, the Nether portal fucked up pretty badly and no longer goes back to the sewer, you pop back into the overworld in a ravine a short way from Nara's base.

That's why I've taken to just digging underground and carving my base out rather than straight up building it on the surface. Means I can get the shape and size of the room down and then worry about getting the resources to replace the stone and dirt etc. with.

Plus expanding is as easy as just digging out a new room, be it on the same level or even further underground. :^D I don't have to worry about taking up too much space because I'm all out of sight.

I'm gonna finally start working on my nether railway to my base, since I decided to live so gotdamn far away.

"Give me your iron, your iron,
Your iron yearning to make a bigass railroad,
The unsmelted ores of your caves.
Send these, the ingots, rotting away in an inventory somewhere to me,
I lift my lamp beside the nether portal!"

- The late, great poet Statue Of Liberty

You're almost certain the Statue of Liberty said that.

How far away? That could be a lot of repetitive cobble tunnel building.

Could it maybe have been a zombie? One took my bread once, and doors look kind of like bread if you squint hard enough.

hands off my bread

I still find it hilarious that CN tried to prank me by planting a dark oak tree in front of my door but ended up giving me a cool new entrance instead.

I'm about 600 overworld blocks away. It's not far far but it is a decent enough distance that the Nether is way useful.
