I know this walkthrough is in Japanese, but I think this will do.

Part 1 and Part 2.

I haven't the slightest clue, but I think that's a grotto boss

Btw, does anyone know where the dude is for the "Lady of the Dance" quest?

Level cap is 99, but, you can reset your level and keep your skill points after you beat it.

I think alchemy items re-spawn every 12 hours.

If you beat the game or the level cap?

On the first turn, they all use feel the burn, except the one guy that used a fource move with the armamentalist guide. But you mean the move on the second turn, which i believe was called mana explosion or something, learned by sages at lvl 70 something.

Ok, so about the paladin thing:

I made my lvl 40 priest into a paladin who's currently at lvl 20. They learn healing spells rather slowly and have low magical mending, but they learn a lot of buffs and can wear some kickass armor. It's sort of a win/lose thing

At least, they are able to heal. Also, they are tougher than priests. But, does the paladin can also ressurect people?

I'm not sure :/

Anyone know what level I ought to be when I tackle the final boss? I was able to get rid of the
black dragon
before it, but it managed to kill both my mage and my priest at the same time

I was level 40 when I beat him, party of minstrel, mage, thief, martial artist.

And on the Paladin subject, they get kerplunk, which kills them but rezzes everyone else. Alternatively, since they can wield wands, give them the wand guide, and they can use that to rez.

I felt this Dragon Quest was kind of repetitive. It felt like number 4,5, & 6 all over again.
7 Was freaking amazing and so was 1,2,3, and 8.

Did they ever remake the Dragon Quest games on the gba or psp like they did all of the Final Fantasy's?

Dragon Quests 1, 2, and 3 were all remade on the Game Boy Color. Dragon Quests 4 and 5 have had remakes on the DS, and Dragon Quest 6 is also planned for a remake.

Before all that, though, 1, 2, and 3 had remakes on the Super Famicom, 4 had a remake on the PSX, and 5 had a remake on the PS2. These were all only in Japan, though except for the 5 remake, they were all the basis for the remakes.
