BackBurner's OK, but like. If you're behind someone, the normal flame thrower will kill them anyway, just maybe not quite as instant

That was nerfed a very long time ago. The pyro doesn't get extra health anymore.

...I think it may have been over a year since the nerf happened...

I never use the backburner. Ever.

That, and I joined around the time of the sniper/spy update, which was after the pyro update.

I get rustled off when a BackBurner pyro kills me, and then I realise "I'd be dead if it were an AirBlast pyro anyway"

BackBurner needs a buff, IMO. Too many advantages to having an AirBlast.

Maybe if they widened the backburner radius to that of the backstab? Or would that be overpowered

Just because they burnt your slinky that doesn't mean they're overpowered.


In fact, they're pretty daisies weak against some obstacles, like Natascha.

What class's perspective are you looking from?
