Looks like we're in the middle right of the SG. I recognize some of the river features but the area where we would be is unmapped on the one thread.

Perhaps you could become a hunter, Oolrich. Stran's a miner I think and I'm obviously a farmer :UUU
but anyway how close are you to getting yeomanry?
I'm planning on setting up a farm on the other side of the river so that passers-by won't be like "oh look a cave INVESTIGATE" if they see a big white patch of plowed next to some cliffs and no house. Do you think that you could set up a claim on our cave/camp area so I can put one up on the farming land?

this probably isn't very architecturally wise but as long as the inside of the cave isn't ravaged to butts i will be pop flyin'

Honestly it might be better to simultaneously start on a big palisade while doing your farm. Yeomanry only does so much. If someone steals from you, is there anything that you guys can do other than steal it back?

i was exploring on the land past our river and at -68, -66 there is a house over there, and above that is a cave
so i checked out the cave and inside was a massive space big enough to hold a village
but someone is living nearby that cave :c


Also Sheila we'd love to start a palisade but we're having a little difficulties with bone glue since we lack the bones for it. Should we build a massive palisade square around our place or just wall off the valley we live in?


EDIt: oh and also i found chickens
i guess i'll just feed them the seeds i don't plant for now
until we get a coop up

Bon, I'll be setting up the palisade areas at each end of the valley we're in.

Also i met the guy who's claim is on that cave. Seems like a nice guy, from somewhere in eastern europe
