We were looking to join back in after the inevitable server wipe when the game hits beta.

I don't know about soon, but I'm in for world 4.
I still pop on every now and again out of curiosity, seems like everything is still relatively intact, including the livestock, somehow.

whoops just logged in and people just broke in finally

The server is completely resetting soon, within two days.

This looks like a good opportunity to get started again with AZ village. With some luck, we could even get a mine or two established since the world is resetting and no one will have any claims.

Anybody up for retrying our rise to glory?

I was wondering whether I should start playing again because of this or wait for the next major update world reset. They are probably going to have one soonish anyway, they haven't been updating a lot recently so I am assuming its all going to be released in a big world reset.

We actually had three established mines, just no precious metals. Tin, Copper, and Iron were all ours.

I don't know. It seems the only reason they're resetting is because loftar screwed up the coding when fixing some issues/bugs, and they couldn't rollback to fix those changes. I'd rather come back to the game when there are a bunch of new gameplay upgrades. Granted, there are supposed to be horses soon, which is pree' coo. Just considering how much of my time this game sucked up, I don't know if I want to invest so much into it again without there being lots of new developments.

If enough people want to get back into it though, then yeah, I'll more than likely hop back on.

Well then, anybody who would like to start a new village, post here about it. If we get enough people we'll start it

So guys um
Me and Falco have the bare beginnings of a camp here
we have a nice little cave somewhat hidden behind a tree and I'm paving the inside to make a road, and our log cabin is almost finished now. Food isn't a problem, we've got a fishing source and I can forage okay. Our camp is also placed behind a marsh and in between two cliffs so that river griefers probably won't spend the time even finding our little camp, and it'll be much easier setting up palisades or brick walls or whatever.

Oh hello. So I've paved out a little spot that we can put a kiln on in the cave, and brought the logs further in.
Our cave system is incredibly tiny, as it's only got a single fork and the place with the cabin is the widest area in it all. There's no cave water either, so nope can't tanning tubs unless you want horrible back problems and a big annoying hassle with it all. I suppose we could build some kind of house or something near a well spot with all our leather in it but that'd take someone else with yeomanry.

Speaking of which! I'd like for others to get yeomanry so that I can plot out a farm using my own claim. We don't have to do this immediately it is okay, but just like to tell you guys that.

Could I grab one of your hearth secrets? I'd like to pop in again.

Also we should probably set up some system for plot sizes in town
