OA, is there a reason that Assassin's Creed 4 was a positive to begin with but became negative later on? I mean, the discrepancy is in the prediction spot so I don't see how it happened unless you just straight up forgot about it.

The more I think about the Sony E3 show the more I think I was too generous to them.

Say Sony DOES deserve points for supporting used games and not requiring an internet connection.
That means Nintendo deserves an equal amount of points. Because they also support used games and don't require an internet connection.
And it was never speculated that that would not be the case.

You just said it. It SHOULD be standard. Microsoft didn't think so. Nintendo does. Sony does too. Sales will show who will be right. It's the Japanese guys.

See the thing is there were rumors that the PS4 would have these things, there were none for the WiiU.
Nintendo also did not have a part of their E3 conference (or nintendo direct w/e) where they CURBSTOMPED microsoft into the ground by saying they would not have these things, and then revealed that their console would be $100 less expensive than the Xbox one.

Personally I can do without sony shittalking other companies like they like to do. It also tends to get them into trouble when what they say isn't true. Remember Tretton saying he'd pay people if they found any PS3's on store shelves?

Nintendo just doesn't give a fuck, and why should they? People will just bitch about them making digs at the underdog or for being uppity when they're doing "kiddie shit" or whatever. I don't really care to have Nintendo focus their direct time at going "hey guys, isn't that Microsoft thing hilarious?". We got Sony for that. It's done.

Also, I don't think points should necessarily be given for sick burns. That doesn't say your products are better, just that you're the smart booty that's wittier and/or more ballsy about saying shit.
