GameStop may not take amiibo preorders in the future.

After what happened in April, I can't blame them. Personally I'm okay with this method since it finally limits to one of each figure per person, which is a godsend.

I've got Link and Samus.

Stupid lorry in UK making me unable to get my squid amiibo.

but yeah the green squid is pretty sweet. Definitely my favorite design so far - the ink splash as a sneaky support is very good. Much better than Link's urine/butter stand.

The Splamiibos look great because they were designed as ammibos from the ground up as opposed to being based on an ingame model that defies gravity. Nintendo's fairly new to the world of physical merch and they flubbed hard on the amiibos.

I found out too late that I got an e-mail June 2 that the Shulk amiibo I wanted was ready to pre-order again.

Then I went to the site and I found out they're apparently all out again.

And they're selling Rosalina and King Dedede amiibos for 550 euros. :S
