Depends on who's the other side. Pudge will probably be a problem with his rot DOT and big hook pure nuke. Huskar is really draft dependent.

Actually I figured out a ways in that unless Pudge has inhuman reaction times I can just Spike Carapace out when he tries to Disemember, granted that's not a guaranteed escape but still.

I meant for Huskar. I don't know much about laning Nyx. Pick him into people with large int gain.

huskar gets like a million spell resist when hes low HP due to his passive so rot bodaciously does nothing, dismember does nothing, and more often than not hes already used hook to drag huskar to him.

if you have no physical damage/monkey king bar to fight huskar and hes good at toggling/uses his Q heal/has evasion, hes pretty much goddamn unstoppable. there are counters in the form of like lina who with scepter do pure damage which means no amount of magic resist will stop it.


also nyx is great if they are doing high int characters like lesh/outworld/silencer/etc. also good against medusa for getting rid of that mana shield and stuff. just be aware of when you should use your ult to scout or to do damage to someone. try to time your carapace for when a projectile is about to hit you

Exploded the entire enemy bot team with techies.

Not a fan though, this guy is REALLY slow and confusing to work with.

Also everybody will hate you if you play Techies, including your own team.

Trust me, I learned from experience.

i kinda like this infuser idea for the new compendium. i used mine on the ursa set and the claws are pretty bitchin. its not optimal for the set i want but its still cool and i had no great ursa items
