I am in the last world, and this game. It blows my mind away every cutscene. This is a wonderfully played story.

It makes me think of Emperor Palpatine setting up his epic rise to power.

The anti-phantom is kicking my booty as Riku. Not so much killing me but more not letting me land enough hits before I drop out.

Equip Drop-Me-Nots/Drop-Me-Nevers. Works for me.

That happened for me. Against various bosses such as Ansem and Xemnas, I would just not have enough time to defeat them, and would have to drop and start the battle fresh. So annoying, but I got over it.

Young Xehanort is the most awful thing ever. Needed to grind 11 levels for that.

During August 2011, Nomura expressed desire to release a high definition rerelease of the game though he had yet to confirm such plans. In September 2012, Square Enix announced Kingdom Hearts HD I.5 ReMIX a compilation for the PlayStation 3 to include both Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories in HD definition and trophy support. The character models from Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance are being used as a base for the game's characters. The gameplay of the original Kingdom Hearts was modified to play more like Kingdom Hearts II. Additionally, the collection will include HD cinematic scenes from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It was only announced for a release in Japan for 2013.

At first i was extremely excited, i would love an HD remake of Kingdom Hearts 1 seeing as how its my favorite in the series, until i read it would play more like KH2...which i like, but not as much as the first. And i really couldn't give two fucks about Re:Chain of Memories.

But heeey, if this gets an international release we can finally fight all those cool special heartless.

Well, if you were going to get a PS3 but weren't sure, this seems like a perfectly valid excuse.

Why would they do that to such a perfect game? Kingdom Hearts was the best one in the series except for the cutscene to chat bubble ratio

The voice actign was used for rather important scenes like going to a new world. Text bubbles are used for lesser events.

Really, i liked the text bubbles.
