If you squint your eyes really hard and drink alot of Tequila, the Tikis will look like Kremlings. IF they dont then youre obviously not awesome enough to ride.

Nothing says "Amusement Park Fun" like getting shitfaced before going on the Teaki Cups.

Oh man they're releasing Mega Man games on the Eshope MM&Bass is the first coming out. They're releasing one a week and are treating the Battle Network games like Blue/White and Redsun/Bluemoon as separate games, that's kinda garbo. Megaman Zero 2 is also gunna be released, that's awesome but I hope they're planning on getting all of them out at some point, maybe with an online feature for battling and chip trades.

I wouldn't hold my breath for that.
They haven't done anything with person-to-person linked multiplayer connectivity in any Virtual Console games. None whatsoever.
They're all just completely nonfunctional.
All that stuff you could only get with multiplayer cannot be obtained in the Virtual Console versions at all unless a cheat code entered in the game can give it to you.

That's why they haven't released a handheld Pokemon game on Virtual Console yet besides the one based on the TCG. Which also had cards locked behind multiplayer that you couldn't get.

Yooka Laylee. It has finally happened guys. Were getting our Banjo Kazooie Sucessor. And by none other than the complete soul of Rareware. Rareware is BACK as Playtonic games, in all but name. Grant Kirkhope, Steven Meyers, David Wise. All the others. Theyre making this game.

Rare is back guys. When I heard this news I bodaciously just broke down crying my eyes out in just the sheer joy of it all. Looking at some other peoples reactions, they have too. I... just support the fuck out of this if you can. Even though theyve got ten times the maount of cash they asked for in one day, these people need to know just how appreciated they are the whole team, for what they did to define a generation with their games.

Now if youll excuse me Im gonna go cry some more, this is the best news Ive heard in years.

Koji Igarashi, director of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is creating a spiritual sequel to his platforming masterpiece in the form of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. It's already fully funded and in development. The composer is going to be the same from Symphony of the Night(Thaaank you~), along with Ippo Yamada who composed music for many Megaman games including the entirety of the Megaman Zero series(Yes, thank you, yes.), Megaman ZX/ZX Advent, Megaman 9/10, Azure Striker Gunvolt, and is also composing for Mighty No. 9.

Here's the main theme of the game.

The dev team for the game will be Inti Creates, who also helped develop multiple Megaman games and other action platformers(Megaman Zeroooo!), so they seem well fit for the job.

Oh, and David Hayter(Solid Snake) is voicing a character in this game.

I am so freaking hyped, I love action platformers and Gothic settings and this game is just a freaking amazing mixture of those I'm supporting the shit out of.

No Wii U or 3DS is an absolute joke. Practically coercing people to fund it so much so he can add a stretch goal for it later. Absolutely ridiculous.

What the hell are you on about? This is not the first kickstarter to have stretch goals for the game to be released on certain consoles. Several other kickstarter games have underlined that developping for 3DS and WiiU is significantly different than for other consoles.
If anything, I'm more surprised that it takes $150,000 to put cheat codes in a game and $250,000 to put in a speedrun mode.

Except there IS no stretch goal for it YET. That's the problem. It shouldn't take more than 300,000 dollars to port a game to one console.

Or, you know, maybe they don't wanna put it on the Wii U?

Ah, I take it you're closely familiar with developing games in this particular engine for multiple platforms then, as well as the licensing and legal paperwork required to put something on a particular platform. Maybe you can send a job offer to them to help them port it then?

Castlevania started on Nintendo systems. Until Rondo of Blood, I believe, there was only two games in the Castlevania "series" that were not on a Nintendo system. Not making this game for Wii U would mean losing out on a significant portion of the Castlevania fanbase, aka their target audience.

Are you familiar with such things? No? Then you can't automatically claim that my criticism is invalid. Let's not forget Yooka-Laylee was ported to Wii U with no problems.

I remember some 3rd party devs saying the Wii U is a bitch to program for.

No, but I'm at least familiar with developing software. Without any insight in the project structure and the product architecture, it's impossible for any one to tell how hard, costly or time-consuming it would be to create a port.

PC, PS4 and XBoxOne have similar architecture (by design), as well as similar performance on the low-to medium end for PC. The three across them also represent the lion share's of the market. Limiting development to those three platforms is a perfectly logical decision.

Also, whining about games not coming to your platform of choice is one of the most annoying and childish things people to do on the internet. It's the developer's choice, either suck it up, buy a different system or buy a PC and stop supporting the exclusives war.
