Oh god Wario Land 4 had some bossin' music. I can't really pin a favorite because I love every song in that game. Except for the first two Emerald passage levels. They didn't really sit well with me.
Lately I've been liking me some SMW Custom music tracks for some reason.

Dunno if MMOs are quite hipster enough to qualify, but I still routinely listen to large portions of the Ragnarok Online and Granado Espada soundtracks when driving even though I no longer play either game.

Funeral For Queen Mary (I think), This is probably cheating though, since there really isn't a bad song from Timesplitters.
