I'm getting a lot more hyped for Halo 4 than I anticipated.

Also, during the trailer, when Chief shot the elite, it was vaporized in these pixelated squares.

What if the enemies are only in his mind? Or created by Cortana?

He didn't shoot it, it was a forerunner solly.

He picks up a couple FR weapons, one of which actually vaporises another thing.

No, right after the gameplay starts. He encounters 'covenant' patrols, which he uses the regular assault rifle on. The Elite gets vaporized.

The new FR weapons look pretty awesome, btw.

The Elite was shot by a Forerunner sentinel. It's pretty clear, a beam was shown and it didn't come from the chief's weapon.

Hey guys, Rooster Teeth (creators of Red vs. Blue) have Halo 4 at their convention called RTX. They decided to show off the game's Forge capabilities by playing a game of HORSE (well, PI) in which they need to complete obstacle courses or challenges before the other player.

Grifball will be in Halo 4 from the start. It is a brand new game mode, and not a custom gametype from Forge (Forge is called War Games in Halo 4).

343 released a new "Making Halo 4" video a few days back. It's about the new enemies and weapons.

Pretty excited. I'll probably get it for Christmas.

I hope BTB gets more variety. I loved having 16 people going at each other. So much fun. Especially Heavies on Spire. NO snipers to worry about, just lots and lots of guns.

Here's some new stuff. They announced that there's going to be a sweet-booty mech called the Mantis that looks a lot like a Metal Gear. As well, they turned Infection into "Flood", complete with new character models for the infected characters. (Sorry the image is fuzzy.)

Well, it's called Mantis, and it looks like a Metal Gear, so I was referencing the boss fight against Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid where he reads your memory card and looks for certain games, and then will tell you the you like "Castlevania" or "Super Smash Bros." or other things like that. He also tells you to put your controller on the floor and makes it "move" by vibrating.
