My first fighting game was a game called Paws of Fury for the SNES. I guess you could call it a upstanding member of society game, since all the fighters are animals. But I had lots of fun with it, altough it's pretty broken - or atleast one character. The lion got one attack, which can't be blocked or avoided in any way. And you can chain the attack. So you just have to spam this attack all the time and there is no way you can lose. I remember my dad telling me to not use this attack when I played this game with other kids so they have a chance too lol

The other fighting game I was playing A LOT (and I'm still a fan of) is Bloody Roar. I wish they'd release a new game, but please in the style of 2, because the plot from 3 and onwards was like a brain amputee wrote it. I never learned combos from this game, since I couldn't really figure out what does what, and there is no move list, so I was always button mashing. But from all the fighting games I played, I think BR has the most beautiful combos.

I like SS4, but it's a bit too hard for me (oops). I'm a big BlazBlue fan, and I'm thinking from time to time if I should finally put the effort into this game to pick out a main character and learn this game 'professionally'. I think I'm too much of a casual fag though to actually go on and do this.

My first fighting game was a Justice League game for the Genesis but I was bad at it so that doesn't count.

The first fighting game I got really into was Tekken 3. It was so awesome. I unlocked everything on that game, and Tekken is still my second favorite fighting series.

First fighting game I ever loved was called Dual Heroes

No not Duel Heroes

Fuckin Dual Heroes. It is probably the worst thing I have ever played but dear god did I love this game. I bought it for like 2 bucks at a local game place a little while back and laughed my booty off at how shit it was. I had so much fun with this game. I would play it for fuckin hours and never ever get tired of it. I never even noticed all the god awful typos in the character's bios. Hell my favorite character was from fucking "Bong Chong" or something it was horrible.

Still, fond memories and all.

Soon after I discovered Tekken and SC and fell in love with them, but I only developed an appreciation for 2D fighters when I started playing the older MK games.

I can't remember what my first fighting game was called but it was some game about x-men on an early PC.

I used to love to play as Gambit, Magneto or Wolverine.

I have not cared for any of the episodes of Fighterpedia yet, but that one was pretty great.
