Oh yeah, I forgot to say that I'm a massive Nintendo fanboy, having prefered most of their consoles. Metroid is my favorite game franchise, followed by Zelda, then Mario and then Metal gear.

I could rant, but I'm not going to, I have enough arguments with all my Playstation and Xbox loving friends IRL.

The Ps3 does have Fallout 3 updates. It also has Joker, which is both free and more awesome than at least half the Fallout 3 content.

I got an Xbox 360 for Christmas and enjoy it much better. I get more enjoyment out of the games, and for some reason, I like having achievements. I'm weird.

There are a few games I really wanted to try that were PS3 exclusives, but unless I decide DVD are suddenly inferior, I'm not selling over the cheddar to get one.

I don't really know what to say about the PSP. Mostly heard mixed reviews about it, and I don't know how much I'd care about watching movies on the go.

DS = <3 though.

Wow. This pretty sums up me.. Except for the boyfriend part.

Out of all my consoles (not counting handhelds), my PS3 currently gets the most use. I prefer it's exclusives to the ones on the 360 (which, by the way, I don't have). I'm not saying that the PS3 exclusives are better than the ones on the 360, I'm just saying I like them better. As for Wii, it has a few really, really good games (like Super Mario Galaxy), but lacks many good games other than those few. Plus, I hate waggle controls.

I wish that there were less multi-console games. It would give more of a reason to own each system.

It's one of those games that I've played since I was a child. I just can't not like it.

Also I know it's not Nintendo. If that's what you're pointing out.
If not, I'm aware that my taste sucks.

Also, you can't exactly mock a series that had a vampire and a cyborg ninja kicking tanks at each other.

Anyway, getting back to the topic

Why are we even having a console war thread? It will just lead to more hurt feelings, lack of nice talking and accusations that other people are pedophiles.

We should all just agree that at the end of it all, when all is said and done, despite all of our constant posturing and quoting of long obsolete statistics, its all about gaming.

And the Ps3 is the best
