Funny, I have the Zelda classic collection thing for gamecube, with Ocarina, Majors Mask and the 2 other ones I forgot, and I never actually beat Ocarina of Time. (I don't think I even really started it.)

I did however beat Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, I can't really decide between the two of them since Wind Waker has an incredible charm but Twilight Princess has a great epic feel and I love Epona to death.

I also played and beat Minish Cap, and got Four Swords but didn't enjoy it much since I didn't play it with friends.

edit
Huzzah for page get.

Only zelda games I got are:

Zelda collection
Wind Waker
Link's awakening DX

Gotta say my favorite so far is majora's mask, since it's the only one I spent the time to actually beat. though I'm working on WW right now. I actually find the sailng enjoyable.

Twilight Princess just kind of stood out to me. I like the fact that it sets a darker, more sinister atmosphere throughout the game. Of course, I might like it more because it was what got me interested in the series, but oh well.

Of course, Ocarina was great as well. That's one of my favorite classic games. It totally upped the standard for video games of that time.

I kind of like Minish Cap too, but that's probably just because I thought Vaati was cool. XD

Majora's Mask
Wind Waker
Twilight Princess (I guess purely because of Midna)

I've played the older games, but I honestly don't remember them too much.

And no, I didn't like Ocarina of Time.

Twilight princess is my favorite because I love the storyline and it's kickass. And it doesn't scare the crap out of me.

Ocarina of Time was my fav until TP then it changed, too many parts of OoT scare me and make me not want to play. Plus there's so much more random things you can do in TP

Link to the Past. First Zelda game I played. A classic.

The oracle of time and seasons was okay, I had to return the games to my friend so I didn't get to beat it, but they were time consuming and made me swear all the time, but still good. I mean you get to ride in a kangaroo's pouch who has boxing gloves.
The others I haven't played enough to do a real evaluation.

LttP - Had lots of cool stuff to collect outside your quest.
OoT - First game I finished.
MM - Sidequests were great.
WW - Love that cel shaded style.
TP - Also a great game. =D

In no particular order...

Twilight Princess-The graphics are gorgeous, it's nice and long, not frustrating, and, well, it's Zelda! It's awesome! Hooray!

Wind Waker-The graphics are, once again, very nice, and the story is humorous and well-written(Link crashing into the Tower of the Gods is always funny). The controls aren't frustrating, and it's generally just fun to play. Also the mermen make me think of Gilbert Gottfried for some reason.

Phantom Hourglass-I'm surprised that no one's mentioned this game. Its a worthy sequel to Wind Waker, and not just because of Linebeck (who is awesome).

Ocarina of Time-Its been a while since I've played this game. I can only remember that I loved it.

Link's Awakening DX!

My very first Zelda game and I played through that game so many times that I can pretty much beat it without trying...
Other then that, I'd go with Oracle of Ages, Twilight Princess, and Oracle of Seasons

Ocarina of Time
Twilight Princess
Wind Waker

Even though the old ones are good, I still enjoy the 3D-games in the series a bit more.
A link to the Past was good, but I never got to finish it..

Majora's Mask and A Link To The Past, for example. Reached the final boss in both, but never beat 'em. MM mostly because I want that Fierce Deity Mask but my god I can't get all the masks what I do

all the sidequests. one is saving the old lady on night one and buying a mask at night three for 500 rupees. Never would've guess if not for walkthroughs.
