This wasn't exactly during a video game, but I was at a friend's house with my friends Garret and Chris, and suddenly Garret's little sister says "Chris, do you go to their school?" (he does).
Chris said "Uh, no, I go to Pallet Town High."
"I've never heard of that before"
"Of course you haven't, it's in the Kanto region."

Needless to say, we laughed our asses off and she had no idea why.

We were all playing as Marth on SSBB and my best friend Kayla, she's a complete noob, so we killed her first. at the End we were all laughing at how quickly she had died then she said "Well at least i'm not fourth"
Her brother replied " kayla we killed you in less then a minute"
she said " Oh i wasn't green!!"
I was green... XD
also i had 250+ damage and said " I CAN TAKE ALL OF YOU" too bad they were serious.
