Playing through MGS4 again. Got all the way up to Screaming Mantis' chamber with no kills. Every attempt before I had exactly 2 kills. I figured out that they were from the Armoured Suits during the Drebin escape sequence in Act 2. Anyway, back to Act 5. I'm fighting the FROG soldiers in Mantis' chamber and grab one to use as a shield. However, I see a prompt appear and I hit triangle. Immediately afterwards I remember what it is triangle does. I'm forced to watch as Snake, in all his brutality, slashes the throat of that poor woman.

I did. I just have to sneak my way past all the FROGs and that Gekko so I can get back to Mantis.

The Gekkos aren't too bad, I'm pretty sure you get some Chaff grenades to use against them.
