I checked around where I live and where I work. There's nothing around where I live, but where I work, when I checked yesterday, there were three stops; a nearby ITT tech, a restaurant, and the local plaza theater. I decided to get something to eat after work tonight, though, and see if I couldn't get anything from the stop while I was waiting, and now none of those spots are showing up? I wonder if its because I turned on my phone when I was already there and it has some bullshit gonads to not let you activate a spot unless you start from far enough away from it.

Well, I tried that too. Pokemon just haven't been showing up for me tonight no matter what I do. I got the app, caught 4 Pokemon, then Pokemon stopped appearing when I tapped on them, and then they just stopped appearing on the map. It's so weird.

By the way, do you have to be level 5 to hatch eggs? Because I got an egg and it won't let me put it in my incubator.

Well, incenses are what you use on yourself to increase chances of finding Pokemon. You still need to walk around. And it's entirely possible that the game is glitching out constantly, try force-closing it and rebooting when it doesn't seem to refresh. Also it just kinda take a while for new ones to show up after you catch a few in one spot.

Lures on the other hand are what you attach to a Pokestop. The stop gets fancy PANK flower petals around it when someone has used a Lure on it and it seems to really increase the Pokemon spawn rate around it.

As for the egg thing, no clue, I didn't find eggs until after level 5 anyway.

This game is honestly really fun and has a lot of potential, so I do hope they iron out the bugs and server problems. 99% of my bugs seem to be solved by fully closing and rebooting the app, though, so that's my first line of advice for folks having trouble.
...Except the stupid unbeatable gym glitch, I've yet to figure out that one. The defending Pokemon just gets stuck at 1 hp...

Restarted my phone a few times, and now things seem to be working fine. daisies there are a lot of Pokéspots around my campus.

We've seen like 5 groups of people playing GO today in our tinyass 20k people town. It's beautiful.

i feel like the people creeped out my mimikku are looking at the top of it and going "oh man it's face is fuckin' weird"

and not realizing that it's a drawing, and the eyes are below that, and the actual pokemon is a small frightened lump pretending to be a pikachu and is adorable and i love him

It's bodaciously like a goddamn war in my town, every second the Gym representing our town is constantly being taken over by all 3 teams, Instinct actually has a pretty good hold here.

I think I might sit this out until they release some patches; all these bugs are just making this too frustrating for me.

Just when I was planning a long walk in a popular location.

Finally able to play it, while it's dark outside, so no way I'm gonna walk outside for Cockfighting Society anymore. Hopefully, there won't be any server errors tomorrow morning.
