I've never used a dragon type in any of my teams but I want a Grandpa Dragon in my team now.

I'm getting Dark Chronicle vibes from these two.

According to a friendo of mine, the Electric/Fairy bird is a protector of one of the islands, so its possible there are others similar to it.

Yeah Vic Viper beetle is great.

Cutiefly may be the new cutest bug pokemon though, sorry Joltik

My only real gripe is, daisies, new pikachus name is a mouthful, usually the whole "using the japanese name for the pika clone" thing has worked out but, yeesh.

People have been calling Charjabug so many things regarding its appearance. Personally, I think it looks like a toaster.

I think it's meant to be a pun on "box bug", but I do find the eletric/bug typing interesting considering we have Galvantula already.

If there were only meant to be one Pokemon per type combo we would have run out of Pokemon years ago

Pokemon GO is out here in the States! So far I have Bulbasaur, Pidgey, Paras, and a Parasect I found this morning. And that's all without leaving my apartment because guess what it's stupid hot outside.

It looks mostly like a collection game, but it is really fascinating how they came up with the different Pokestops and gyms and stuff. My closest gym is just at the corner of my street, but there's Stops at random sculptures nearby, a mural I didn't know existed, churches, a gazebo in a neighboring apartment complex (nothing in my complex though, bummer). I'm seriously considering taking a visit to the graveyard nearby to see if there's any ghost Pokemon...

Makes me wonder what the game is like if you live in the middle of nowhere, or in a bad part of town with nothing cultural to go visit. I also wonder if they had people hand-pick locations? There seem to be so many in just a small area, and they're all art installations or parks or public spaces that might be hard to automatically find on Google Maps.

It sucks in certain locations though, the only Stop on my map is a church. That is all that is on there.

Ive yet to be abke to even make a trainer. Trying to login with Google gives me the overloaded servers splash page amd Ive been here for an hour with club pokemon trying to get it to load. Ive been at tbis since it launched last night and still no go. I have no idea how people are able to play without issue.

I have super internet. I can play an mmo with 200+ people around me with no lag. It beat it's way to the front of the line using google 5 minutes before I posted.
