Lord Retardus, should I name the thing Retardus or your actual name? Retardus sounds a bit dodgy and I'm not sure I wanna name something that unless it's a Psyduck or Slowpoke or the like.

You could use some other shorthand for my username, like Lordy or LR or something.

In other news, apparently Super Pokemon Mystery Dungeon has the continents from past PMD games in it. We already knew that the game would feature multiple continents, but keen eyes have pointed out that in the trailer one landmass resembles perfectly the continent from Red Rescue Team.

Welp, I have named the Shroomish Lordy.. and he's now a Breloom. has a lonely nature and is impetuous and silly. :3

A landmass looking vaguely similar doesn't really prove anything. It's a month before release in Japan, by now if the game featured this it would be plastered everywhere as a selling point.

It looks scarily similar. Even the peninsula is just far enough away to be right. Just had to drop it here for reference.
But if AquaBat's hunch is correct I wouldn't be surprised.
(Sorry about correcting you here, but this really caught my eye how similar they were.)
Also, something just doesn't sound right to me about that last sentence from AquaBat. Gut feeling, it is.
Or maybe it's because I never played any of Rainbow Rescue Team. So it wouldn't apply to me.
Maybe they don't expect people to know about Rainbow Rescue team?

It is the same, there are a few differences, but there's incredibly more similarities.
The island at the bottom left just looks rotated with a smaller island next to it.
Even on the main east land you can see the similar colours of the map.

Considering the fact that I only played Explorers of Darkness and Blue rescue team, and only liked the Darkness game, I really don't find myself intrigued by this much, unless it keeps a good story and doesn't get repetitive.

Yes. Also if anything it may be the same place but have nothing to do with the old games, which is why this as a marketing thing seems off to me I now realize.
