At least we learned what Pokemon do when you turn off the game.

Yeah, I got Pokérus in original Sapphire too.

I have been porting it up each gen, to infect all regions of the world.

This Masquerain is the Agent of Pestilence.

In X I made it a point to infect all my pokes then wonder trade them to spread the love

I have Pokerus on my AS but I'm still working on getting as many infected as possible.

I remember getting Pokerus for the first time in Emerald, it was my Registeel that got it, had no clue about it so I just let it slide til' my Pokemon began leveling like crazy.

But it doesn't effect experience. :psyduck: It's an EV thing.

Yeah, it doubles the EVs you gain from a battle.

And with supertraining being a thing it's not as useful as it used to be but it's still nice to have.

I'd just like to say that Pokemon Amie has to be one of the best additions to the series yet. I dunno, I just like the idea of actually being able to pet and play with my Pokemon, like theyre really there and not just data in a cartridge.

I agree. I had never bothered with it until I decided I wanted a Sylveon.

Petting and playing with an Eevee was A+.

It's especially fun with Pokemon that have bizarre anatomy, like Slugma and Staryu.

One sets your hands on fire and the other can eat despite having no obvious mouth.

I just assume there's an unseen beak somewhere like with real starfish

I assume that too, but it's never shown so its eating animation ends up being funny

Staryu has to vomit up its own stomach to eat a pokepuff.

The real question is how artificial Pokemon like Magnemite, Electrode and Porygon eat. I assume its some sort of assimilation process.
