I took a detour on Détourner Way (hur hur hur) and caught an Azurill and named it Cori.

The team I'll have when I face Viola (still need to train them some more first) is:

Aquabat/Froakie - Lv. 11
Perplexate/Spewpa - Lv. 10
Grannybenson/Panpour - Lv. 9
Sammich/Bidoof - Lv. 9
Cori/Azurill - Lv. 6

Four water-types and one flying(assuming everyone survives long enough to evolve). This nuzlocke will be completely destroyed by a single electric trainer.

I started up Pokemon Platnium again because I'm not cool and don't have any Gen 6 games.

Jesus fucking christ how high is the crit rate in this game, I got crit by a Bidoof twice in row once, what the hell is this shit.

In other news, I'm naming all my Pokemans after Arc System Works Characters. I have a Turtwig named Potemkin, a Starly named Anji Mito, a Bidoof named Jam, and a Budew named Amane.

Dangit, I got AS and all my favorite legendaries are exclusive to OR.

I mean, except for Kyogre obviously.

I was looking for caterpies on the GTS and they're all asking for high end gliscors, lvl 100s, and legendaries.

I don't understand.

You were actually willingly searching for a Cockfighting Society yourself on the GTS. That's your problem.
Put up a Weedle if you need a Caterpie. Worked for me.

True dat what Aquabat said, the secret to GTS is to not search, but to ask.

I don't GTS much so I wouldn't know, but that's what I do.

Always trade Eevees, People will give almost anything for some of em.

Well, I finally got around to doing that Elite 4 beating thing. I spent way too long save scumming/catching for a good-natured Kyogre. Ended up losing interest and then giving up for a while.

Time to go do the Delta Episode that everyone's clamoring about.



My brother got OR, so I can trade with him for Pokédexing, but I'd still rather catch my own Ho-oh. I'd like to battle with it.

The delta episode is ok, Keep the EON flute on hand though for back tracking.

I usually stuck to good old Fly. The Eon flute takeoff animation got old real quick. Such cutscenes should be skippable. *complain*

I can see that, I enjoy being able to fly straight to the routes in this game as well.

Delta Episode will only be good throughout if you like story. Otherwise it is a giant fetch quest with too much unnecessary flying around to places you were just at minutes ago. The end almost makes it worth it, though. Almost.

Don't use the Eon Flute. Use the AreaNav and select the location you need to go, and if you have a Cockfighting Society with Fly on your team, you'll be there. No need for a time wasting cutscene and pointless soaring around. Also, buy Repels for the Sky Tower.
