Hunting Shiny Mudkip in Alpha Sapphire...about 17 hours of soft resetting. Still nothing.

There was a bit of confusion regarding the information put out by the Pokemon Global Link regarding Tyrunt's ability. Joe himself remarked that it contradicted with data extracted from the games. However, he has since updated the information, as the Global Link put out a correction itself. Sturdy Tyrunt that will evolve into Rock Head Tyrantrum.

The best i ever got was a Mexican Squritle. Lucky
Anywho been working on story now got the last badge, set up a base, and on the way to Victory road. I also am going to try to get my cousin to work with me on getting the other Legendary mons. Hopefully he plays though the game...

I've started a Y-locke journey with a Froakie named Aquabat (strike one, motherfucker). Let's lay down the ground rules. You all know the basics.

1) Only the first encountered Pokemon in any area can be caught.
2) If a Pokemon faints, it's dead.

I'm adding some addendums.

2a) As usual, I will carry exactly one Revive. I can use it whenever I wish, but when it has been used, that's it. I will swap the Revive for a Max Revive when it becomes available if I haven't used it already.
3) I won't use any Legendary Pokemon or any Pokemon given to me directly by NPCs or events. This is open to interpretation. For example, I plan to use whichever fossil Pokemon I choose, but not the Lucario or Kanto starter.
4) No Mega Evolution.
4a) If a Pokemon dies in battle, I can use Mega Evolution (if available) for the remainder of that battle alone. Think shounen.
5) The Exp Share will be turned off for as long as I deem necessary. If I can complete the game without it, so be it.

I don't know if it's limited to whatever regions, you find out.

I almost shit a brick when I walked onto Route 2 and the first Pokemon I saw was a Pidgey. Then I remembered I hadn't gone through the whole "teaching me how to catch" rigmarole, and so didn't have any balls, so as far as I'm concerned, it didn't count.

And so on Route 2, I caught a Scatterbug named Perplexate, and in Santalune Forest I caught a Panpour named Grannybenson.

I think my next male(?) Pokemon will be named Previous. For the ironies, of course.

Meanwhile, Pokken Tournament happened this morning, confirming Gardevoi, Suicune, and Pikachu as playable, with support pokemon you can call on. Basically this game is like a Naruto fighting game with the 3D and the projectiles and the Rock Lee and such.

I want Slurpuff playable.

I want to see Garbodor myself...
