Oh, there are more. Pretty much any game that takes place entirely in a city will work. No More Heroes, GTA, Spider-Man 2, the list goes on. Besides, this series has had some decent cities in the past, like Celadon, Saffron, Goldenrod, Sunyshore, Castelia, Nimbasa, Lumiose, etc. Yes, they were all actually pretty small, but they felt big.

That said, while it's clear that they weren't trying to make Mauville feel like a huge city (they were obviously trying to make it feel more like a shopping mall), I still appreciate how they made it essentially ORAS's equivalent of Lumiose City. I feel the sheer amount of content in this city makes up for the loss of the game corner (though I still miss that roulette table and that music).

I guess so.
Anyway, I wish they'd let pokemon onto another platform. I don't have a 3ds. >.> They could do such cool things with the series, but they just make games for handhelds now.

It's a series that started on handhelds. What Nintendo series ever started on a handheld, had SEVERAL games still on handhelds and then suddenly and abruptly moved to a console? As long as Nintendo makes handhelds, Pokemon will still be on them. They don't have to be on consoles to "do cool things".

If you want to play the games, buy a 3DS. Hell, buy a 2DS, they're basically $150 for new. If you don't want to buy a handheld and still want to play Pokemon games, buy the spinoff games. If you don't want to buy a handheld OR play the spinoff games then you're shit outta luck.

I'm not saying it should move to consoles. That would be silly. I'm just interested in what they could do with a console spinoff. It isn't as if there haven't been pokemon games for a console. Heck, I'd be pop flyin' with a modern coliseum game.

By now consoles would have the capability to visit all of the current pokemon regions, which is something a lot of fans have been requesting in a game for a while.

Another game with shadow pokemon might be fun too.

Masuda says he won't make a Snap sequel/remake because of smartphone cameras
You can look it up, it's true

I always plan out my teams before I buy a new Pokemon game, and I like to train Pokemon I've never used before.

When I played Ruby, I used Blaziken, Manectric, Roselia, Sharpedo, Flygon, and a Crawdaunt HM Slave.

This time, I want to use Sceptile, Azumarill, Camerupt, Magnezone, Absol, and Medicham.

The only problem is that after some research, I've found that aside from Treecko, all of those Pokemon are found after Mauville.

They didn't screw it up. The Meteor Falls music is just as awesome as ever. I'm so pop flyin'.

There is way too much lore in this game. I'm drowning in it. Next game better tie everything up between Kalos AND Hoenn and gave all the details in between or I'll be massively disappointed.

That's it OR/AS for best soundtrack of all time.

Decided to play a few online matches since I completed the story and delta episode today. Primal Groudon/Kyogres and Mega Rayquazas everywhere. Hehe too bad none of them were properly trained.

I caught Primal Groudon in a Normal PokeBall and Rayquaza in a Nest Ball. Because why not. But seriously, Primal Groudon could one-shot most of my team so that took a bit.
