but i dont really have anything much to say regarding pokemon other than i've been doing an emerald nuzlocke run on youtube for gits and shiggles and all that for the past couple of weeks and it's actually going pretty well and probably nobody is interested but theres a link to the playlist in my signature

it ended up not taking off because there wasn't enough interest in it and the people who had volunteered (some of them anyway) weren't getting their lines or anything so i was like "welp"

i dont really blame them they were probably busy with other shit to do

Pokemon battle Trozei has to be the easiest puzzle game I've ever played

It's time for another Nuzlocke update!
Caught a few more pokemon but also lost a longstanding member of the team to the Saffron City Fighting Dojo. Beedrill, you will be missed. On the bright side I did manage to catch a Snorlax on Route 12 so now I won't have to stress out too much about having to try to keep a Magikarp alive long enough to evolve into a pokemon that does double terrible against electric attacks.

It's actually kind of fun doing a semi-blind run through Leaf Green as it's been... probably 15 years since I last played Pokemon Blue and this is my first time playing the remake.

How far in are you? What's your longest combo?

I think my longest combo in the original is like 23

I've gotten longer, but when you get multiple at a time it just counts as one

I don't mean easy in a bad way I mean easy as in "mind-bogglingly simple in the beginning"

Okay, good. That's true. But later on you need to make high combos, especially before the walls break...

My best combo is 118 iirc.
