How? His design is cool, but he has about as much personality as a stick of chalk.

Does anyone else wonder why exactly Yuga thinks Ganon is the epitome of beauty? Does he have a giant boar fetish or something?

Because power is beautiful and Ganon has the (Triforce of) Power.

I mean, Yuga's a weird dude. Thing for boars, line stolen from Chrono Trigger, they're both plausible explanations.

Haven't played Chrono Trigger, so I wouldn't know. All I know is that Yuga is one of the worst villains yet. He's not the worst, but he's down there.

Finished the game, looks like I just found a new favorite Zelda.

I loved the final Dungeon, and I found the last boss to be a rather enjoyable challenge until the second part, plus I'm probably the only guy in this thread who loves Ravio's character. I also enjoyed Yuga's look, she looks demented and creepy, I just wish there were more backstory to he-him.

The new secrets were a joy to find, and I can easily say this was basically my experience of A link to the Past, and a wonderful re-imagining of the game.

10/10 would play again.

On ze last boss and WOOP I totally didn't see Hilga being a giant dickwad coming but maybe I'm just dumb

In the meantime, Yuga is a big reminder that I am terrible at Zelda, maybe because this is the closest I've ever come to beating a Zelda game :psyduck:

Does Yuga turn into a bat, though?

Side note: every time I try to type Yuga, I forget the u.

This game actually missed a really big opportunity to have Yuga stalk you around a dungeon as a painting á la Flee as a bat. I guess that would go against the whole "aloof man too powerful to bother with such worms" thing he had going for him but it still would have been cool.
