you can't compare the two in anything except building, and even then like hundreds of games do that

The games are quite different. Play both for an hour and you would be able to see the massive difference in them.

i like Terraria way more than Minecraft because Terraria is more combat based.

it's essentially the same thing, except for the third-dimension part. Run up, click wildly until it dies, and run back.

Terraria simply FORCES you to get good at doing it, while Minecraft gives you the option of hiding away.
