Oh man, I just found out that one of my new friends is a Minecraft addict and she's going to invite me to the multiplayer server that her and her friends run together. She made Cinderella's castle out of snow and wool. Goddamn.

also everyone ragged on that one idea to have salt that would prevent grass from growing but I think it's a good idea. Seriously it's just a cosmetic option. If you want dirt let there be dirt

Currently there's a bug that prevents the seeds from spawning in mine shafts created in 1.8.1, so no pumpkin farming until 1.9

Another use for slimeballs: Making blocks stick together. Like glue. You know how with sticky pistons, they can only bring back the block they are attached to? What if the piston is pushing more than one block? The others will just stay to where they are pushed to. NOT IF YOU USE SLIMEBALLS. Slimeballs will make the blocks stick together, so that when the piston retracts, all the blocks will.

Yeah but it will only fall down in a single part of the room. Pistons can only pull one block at a time, even if you stuck the blocks together, it'll only pull back and leave open a one block space.
