AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Well considering I'm a pretty tolerant guy and it has happened to me before for way worse reasons, I probably wouldn't mind all that much. Point I was tryin to make is that people are slinging legit hatred at a dude for taking advantage of the fact that his girlfriend has primo access to some toys. Annoyance is one thing, but the whole thing is jusy top silly for me to personally take too seriously.

The new update to the youtube player makes it so I have to tap 2-3 times to play a video when I'm browsing youtube on my WiiU.

His girlfriend was clearly being rude about it in one case and in another both of them got three that were already bagged when the store had an unbelievably low stock in the first place. If you were waiting in line for tickets to a movie and some guy went past the line saying "haha fuck all of you losers" and took one of the last few tickets, meaning you wouldn't get one, that wouldn't be insulting to you?

Insulting would be a bit of a stretch but atleast in the case of movies there will be more tickets down the line.

And there will be more amiibo down the line aswell. If I had to wait 4 months after gamestop sold my Dedede I can bear someone being a bit of a jerk. Both situations are outside of my control, and similarly everyone else's. Shit happens.

Plus this situation just hurts her and her store. Everyone who knows that goes down will look elsewhere and anyone who doesn't shop at the store aren't affected by her choices. If the store is impacted through the negative press or finds out what she did and cans her, well, the benefits end there.

It's something frustrating to see happen, but it's not going to leave an impact besides people getting worked up about it and bringing it up everytime an employee does something slightly suspect.

I'm playing spooky's house of jumpscares and I don't think my poor little self can continue past the first 150 rooms.

Al l the game asks you to do is run and don't be dumb. Don't trust crazy long hallways, keep your eye on any slow monsters, and be brave, soldier.

I know, just run. But still, if Metroid Prime 1 & 2 are enough to scare me (albeit I still played and beat both), then of course a game dedicated to having to being creepy and stuff is gonna scare me. Heck, I even got hit by one of the monsters and my hp barely went down, they're not the scariest; the scariest one is that cardboard cutout with the wailing metallic noise while you're already on edge from creepy music.

I'm more creeped out playing Metroid than I am playing Resident Evil 4-6.

I still have to finish Prime 2 and 3.

metroid used to creep me out when i was a small child, but as i played them, it became more and more clear that the atmosphere of creepy never becomes any form of scary at all through the whole series.

the most scared i've been of a game ever was the penumbra series, which were fucking terrifying at certain points, i haven't played amnesia because it's supposedly worse and i just do not have the strength

Youre not the only one. Horror is not a genre I enter lightly, even if im watching it on videos.... &ashamed&

highlight of my gaming career was beating Amnesia. Fuuuuuuuuuck the catacombs area.

I'm good with stuff that's supposed to be scary (jumpscares might make my hair stand a bit but that's kind of a natural reaction).

I get super stressed and anxious at stealth sections of games that aren't built around stealth. Part of the reason I don't play Wind Waker as much as I used to is because I get super paranoid about getting caught by the Moblins in Forsaken Fortress. The Phantoms in the DS games were kinda like that too, only a bit less stressful once you knew how dumb they were.

I picked up a copy of Omega Ruby for 10 bucks today. It's the first pokemon game I've played in years, so I'm excited. I think I'm going to do a Nuzlocke run.

Important tip: There's a mid-credits battle after beating the champion. At this point all your Pokemon are fully healed. How you interpret that in Nuzlocke rules yourself is up to you, but I'm a wuss who only had two survivors after beating Steven so I chose to accept the power of friendship.
