To be fair, The Commonwealth (Fallout's Massachusetts) is probably one of the most fleshed-out areas that hasn't had a game yet.

I for one would love to see a Fallout game set in Canada. See the societal effects of the annexation. They could even make it so areas there may not have been directly affected by the bombs, but perhaps are suffering from nuclear winter from all the fallout that blows northward. I'd love to see a game mechanic for hardcore mode where if you stand outside with the ground equipment you slowly freeze to death, slowing down your character's speed, worsening your accuracy, lowering your other stats, losing health. In order to travel outside effectively you'd need to switch your gear, which could make outdoor exploration and combat a little more dynamic because of the choice between protective gear to survive the outdoor elements, or suffering through them in order to have your best stats to do specific things.

I want a Fallout game in Atlantis.

I was thinking somewhere in Europe might be neat. Like if it's London maybe do 50s and 60s British rock like The Who and The Beatles

I want to see a Fallout set in France, include vehicles, and co-op.

Why france, and why co op? There is no mention of france in fallout at all, not even to berate them for kissin and surrendurin.

I don't think you can have co-op and keep VATS as a gameplay mechanic.

Yeah, my roommate and I have discussed this to death. Fallout has too much in it that would prevent co-op/multiplayer from working including, but not limited to, VATS, waiting, sleeping, fast traveling, etc.

Fallout doesn't need co-op, and the engine, UI, and gameplay certainly don't support it now. There would have to be a massive overhaul to gameplay in order for it to work; i.e. no pausing or combat is instanced so you can't access your inventory mid-fight or something? It would be lame and not worth it.

I'd love to play co-op Fallout with a friend. Survive the desolate nuclear wastelands and fight off super mutants and ghouls and roving bandits together would be just fantastic

Doing a Fallout 3 run. Melee, Unarmed, and Explosives for damage, and a ton of Speech and Barter.

On one hand, it's pretty cool.

On the other hand, THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH STIMPACKS AND THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH HEALTH

Ahaha, that's exactly how my first playthrough went. Bottle cap mines and a bit of stealth will be your friend.

Why is being a cannibal so enticing?

If I could change my NV character I'd make her look even older and remove the points I put into Melee (only something like 27) because I use Unarmed all the time. Also I'm getting the DLC's soon ahhhh more incentive to play now i've finished the game yay
