I wish they had kept the beta version of the Great Fairies. They looked like they were made of crystal. Very pretty.

True, they do look pretty, but the lack of a face is a bit unsettling.

I'm very skeptical about whether this is gonna be a good game, but considering the games that are my favorites that I was skeptical about (WindWaker and anything on the Wii), I expect this to be an awesome game.

Maybe they lacked a face back then because whey were not really a living thing, but a personification of magic/magical power/respective magic spell you get from them. then someone said "what if they're like, dryads with conetits?"

Well, they were the beta version after all. Maybe some semblance of a face would be put on for the game release--similar to the Fairy Queen in Wind Waker.
