Ah. I love this system. Got to try it at gamestop. I was worried about the slide pad being uncomfortable, like the PSP's analog nub, but those fears were unfounded. It's very smooth to control, and the 3D barely took any adjustment. SSFIV works great. Good signs for a portable Smash Bros. Personally, about the "taking classic games and remastering them in 3D"... I know people complain about remakes, but I think it's a great way to get new kids into old games. I personally think they should take a few REALLY select classic games, like Super mario All Stars + World, and remaster them into full 3D graphics, with the exact same gameplay. The mario we've seen on consoles recently, Sunshine graphics Mario, for instance, in the exact same old gameplay we love from all of the games on the original Super Mario All Stars + World cartridge. It would definitely be a good seller, I'm sure, and it would help young kids understand that games are supposed to be challenging, allowing nintendo to make hardcore gaming more of a market, by creating more hardcore gamers... at least.. nintendo hardcore. I am aware this theory is a MASSIVE stretch, and leaves many, MANY thing to chance. I am aware it is probably moronic... but I am also aware that remaking those games would not be a loss of cheddar on nintendo's part, in any way. Especially this early in the system's life, when people who have had their hands on the few games that they already have, creating a remake with already thoroughly established mechanics that people KNOW will be fun to play would likeley be a wise move on nintendo's part, almost guaranteeing a good selling title. As, with an established game, while maybe not "olol pump it out in less than a year because it's a remake herpderp" like some of the internet thinks, it would still be out quite quickly.
