Guys, I wanna heal a dungeon but I'm afraid that we're gonna screw up and wipe because I've never healed before. So my question is how do you play a Resto Shaman?

I think I have the basic idea down: keep Earth Shield on the tank, heal him with HW, keep up the DPS with LHW, multi-heal with Chain Heal, keep Riptide on people that will be taking continuous damage and cleanse as necessary.

Is that about right?
