I was checking out the forum and thinking, "Please, somebody tell me this is a joke. Nobody can be this stupid, can they? Seriously?" Incredible relief to know it's all fake. A very good fake, nonetheless. These guys are the Jonathan Swifts of our time.

It makes me sad, though, because there are people out there who actually do believe things like that...

I dunno, I've heard some pretty outrageous things. Check out the discussion boards of any popular facebook group and you'll find people touting some fairly ignorant BS. Yeah, that doesn't mean they're being completely honest, but still. Some people just... yeah. They need to go away forever, in a totally non-offensive or violent fashion. That last sentence was edited for content. =]

The thoroughness of that site is something to be commended. Especially since it fooled all of us. It even had links to other Baptist Christian Websites such as http://yourgoingtohell.com/. The thing is, I don't know if these sites are also fakes, or actually legitimate.

Also, Welcome to Jesusland sounds like a really funny book. I'll keep an eye out for it.

I started an account on the website and told them that I was a boy named Jack Smithson who was playing Super Mario Galaxy when he suddenly turned into a homosexual. This should be fun.

EDIT: Aw man, I got banned because I didn't lie about my age. But they did give me some sound advice:
