Intelligence is going to give you hella skill points, so you can easily offset terrible attribute scores quickly, and Intelligence also gives you plenty of interesting dialogue skill checks. Perception does as well, but what are you gonna do.

I'm trying to find parts for a robot i found in primm.

...Its not going well, but i think i recall seeing electronics at Novac and theirs apparently a robotics store in freeside.

I love abusing the Mister Sandman perk to no end.

As of right now. I have slit the throats of two NCR soldiers, one a named Lt. And one unimportant BoS paladin.

I think my next character is going to be someone with a 1 in Intelligence but 10's in Strength and Endurance primarily wielding melee weapons and heavy guns or just plain unarmed fist punching. I want to see if any dialogue changes with someone who is dumb as a brick.
