Zsnes has a built in Video Recording system? I thought Snes9x was the one for that? Maybe I'm just confused.


Anyway, try pressing F12 in-game. For almost every single emulator I used, when I tried pressing that button to record with Bandicam, it always gave me a screenshot.

Well golly daisies. It seems to also have a screencap function. GOODBYE RETARDED VIDEO SETTING LIMITATIONS HELLO MOAR SPAMCAPPING

On the downside, it saves the snapshots to the folder the ROM is in, but that can be easily averted with a separate folder for said ROM.

Uuugh. No update today because ZSNES decided to be a dick and crash in the middle of the playthrough and I hadn't saved state to back it up recently. This disheartened me from the project so I'll tackle it again tomorrow because it's nearly time to sleep.

Also, a bit of notice. I'm not going to show any more fights except for boss battles because a lot of the fights would be repetitive because I kill 'em all with one go. I'll probably show the action select screen for the first encounter with a certain enemy type (for example Goombas) and whatever action Mario will perform. Complete with Jump Rage if applicable (hoo boy wait until he gets Ultra Jump ;D). I'll also definitely take snapshots of the level up screens (HEY MAYBE YOU GUYS COULD CHOOSE THOSE TOO HINT HINT)

Anyway, I might try to get the next update done and out but don't count on it for tonight.
