It was very disappointing. It was beyond disappointing. It would've been disappointing twenty years ago, so now it's even more disappointing. There isn't even a word to describe how disappointing it was.

That should about cover it...

I love the metroid series. I got Metroid and Super Metroid on Virtual console now and I used to have Metroid 2 before a friend of mine lost it...(note to self kill friend) I've played every side scrolling metroid game and Prime. I've only beaten Fusion and 2 though...

I must come into this forum more often.

I LOVE THE METROID SERIES! I just have yet to finish a game XP

Samus is the best hero of all time!!!! Even her back story is amazing what ever version it may be! And Ridely being the best Villain. I never finished the first level of Metroid Prime, because I got confused and The game was rented and was due back, but I want to play it again!

I've read some of the old nintendo power comics one chronicled how the Chozo found Samus. I wish I could have tried playing some of the older games Since Samus 1986 debute! but those systems like old XP

Hurray Samus Aran!

End rant....

Sadly I don't it was an issue from like the 1990's, I read it a few years ago, (gotta love packratty parents), my mom used to have a subscription to Nintendo power. I am however trying to find it, unless my grandma tossed them to the garbage XP

I' might look for a scan, or at least some info on that. The things in the gallery on Zero Mission intrigued me.

Don't do it! It sucks! Play any of the Primes on the Gamecube, or maybe Mission Zero for the GBA.

BLASPHEMY! the one for the snes was the best sidescrolling metroid imo. and the prime series is awsome too, so i agree for that. but to go as far as saying that they suck! how dare you sir

Tables was talking about Hunters for DS. Just wanted to point that out.
