I remember that Red or Rice Spice glitch were you keep making it after you get the pattern using only the spice you already have. And it took forever to get a decent amount.

I got HM something or other for DS a few years ago. I lost my DS and couldn't play the game after that but it was a good time. Came with a stuffed sheep from the game as well that was nice and soft, made a good pillow.

Best way to make cheddar is to play the apple game with won until you get mystery flowers (there's a pattern that's pretty easy to follow). Throw them into the Goddess' Pond (a total of 10, but it doesn't have to be in one day/time) and she'll give you a gift, another flower. It always sells for 1 million gold. Get several of these, sell them, and then go see Van on Wednesday with the Van's Favorite. I can't remember the exact cost of the Shopping Master, but you can sell it to Won for 99,999,999 gold.

HM64 was the first one I played, and I was addicted immediately. FoMT was the next, and I haven't been playing Diamond or Emerald (which I STILL haven't finished) because I've started playing Sunshine Islands.

I didn't really get into the story of HMDS, but I'll get to it eventually. And by "eventually," I mean when I'm done with FoMT and SI.

So... never.

Harvest Moon always seemed to me to be best suited for portable games, so console games are out (not counting HM64, which was a good'un, but I just couldn't play it as a console game). Then again, I'm not that into console games, excluding Smash Bros. games. I even have trouble with Zelda.

The one thing I've always found difficult in Harvest Moon games is winter. It seems to be the only part of the game possible to break free of this horrible, incredible addiction.

It's worse than Everquest.

HM64 is my all time favorite HM. I played the GB version (where you don't get married or anything) first, I think. HM64 was second, prolly. I used to play it with my sister and we'd just dick around the whole time.

In one game I had a green house and grew expensive summer vegetables all year long 'cause they always regrow.

Pretty sweet.

In the SNES version, they give you a huge booty farm. The ones in the gameboy editions are tiny. LITTLE ITTY BITTY FARMS, I HAVE NO USE FOR YOU

I have enough trouble working with just SOME of the farm in the FoMT and SI versions. You want a bigger farm?

There is gambling in the Male verison of FoMT, its called Horse Racing.

oh man, i loved that. the results were set for the day, iirc, so it was easy as hell to exploit it.

Let me just say this, the farm in the SNES version is not big enough for me.

The farm in FoMT is big enough for me, considering I'd fill the daisies thing up execpt for a small corner cow area. Take all daisies day to harvest that shit.
